I am currently partnered up with a Secondary School based in Newbury Park, who are looking for a strong, hard-working and experienced Geography Teacher who is keen to progress and work as the new Head of Department, to help the school move forward through collaboration, training and updated CPD.  
 
Having gone through challenges, this Newbury Park based school are looking for a Head of Department who isn’t afraid to put their foot down, work hard, collaborate and help the cohorts move into their next stages in education with a strong foundation and great academics.  
 
Head of Geography:

• Clear behaviour, safeguarding and personal development expectations
• Ability to teach up to KS5 – previous experience teaching all Key Stages is required
• Updated CPD, inclusive curriculum
• In-house training and further progression offered
• MPS-UPS Outer London + TLR 2C (£8,802)
• Parking on site – Train station within 10minute walk
• QTS from UK University and clean success and progress track record
