Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone to lead our Health and Safety service. This involves setting, managing, and driving initiatives and strategy to help keep our customers, colleagues, homes, and business safe.
Your experience in a similar role, will enable you to build on our strong health and safety culture and continue to drive positive behaviours, minimise risk and support business priorities.
You’ll lead the implementation and delivery of our Health and Safety Management System, to make sure we comply with legislation and standards. Your specialist professional and technical advice will improve understanding across the business of fire safety, resident engagement, and building management compliance.
A strong collaborator, influencer, and communicator, you’ll work well with stakeholders at all levels to make sure we drive continuous improvement in health and safety.
You’ll have the ability to lead a high performing team, inspiring and motivating people to do their best, and feel engaged.
