We are looking for a Head of Dept who is looking for a new, exciting position within a company who are passionate about change and engagement.
The role:
- Ongoing development and implementation of H&S procedures
- Liaison with factory floor to understand pain points and culture
- Lead in-house training
- Collaborate with H&S leads across Europe to ensure best practice.
- Support the business as a whole
- Investigate accidents as appropriate
Must haves:
- NEBOSH
- Qualified trainer in H&S and food related disciplines
- HACCP is desirable
- Commercial awareness
- Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
This is a stand alone role which is open to make your own. If you are a confident H&S Lead ready to come in with experience and ideas of how to engage and truly partner across the business to influence regards the importance of compliance with H&S, and want to become the heart of this amazing organisation, this is for you.
For the experience and passion you bring, our client is offering a superb package of upto £75,000 + Bonus + Car allowance + hybrid working.
