The role:
This is a brand-new role which has been created to set up a specialist team leading on the delivery of a high quality and responsive centre of expertise within employee relations Case Management and investigations. You will work closely with a range of people including legal services, HR Business Partners and the Policy, EDI and L&D Teams. This newly created role will sit as part of the HR Division senior management team and be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the employee relations Case Management and investigations team.
About you:
- You will have up to date knowledge and practical application of employment law with significant experience in dealing with complex employee relations cases
- Extensive experience of managing an employee relations function dealing with high-risk cases in a large complex organisation.
- Strong leadership capabilities and a passion for developing your team
- Effective written communication skills
- A strong influencer who fosters a collaborative approach
- Resilient and confident in dealing with ambiguity and risk
