The role is a unique chance to lead the HR function and is the ideal opportunity for someone looking to really make an impact. You'll be reporting directly to the CEO.
Role:
Overall responsibility for the HR functionManagement of the small HR teamWork with colleagues to develop and implement outstanding onboarding processes, wellbeing policies & procedures a coaching modelLiaise with our external HR partner to address HR issues that ariseTo support and coach managers with a range of ER related casesDevelop and embed happy workplace principles and ensure staff are supported and empowered to fulfil their rolesDevelop our recruitment processes to attract the best candidates for all roles ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practicesManage safeguarding concerns appropriate to your role and level of training including ensuring all safer recruitment practices are adhered too
Ideal Candidate
Ideally CIPD level 7 or working towards or equivalentExperience in safer recruitment practicesHR Generalist backgroundExperience of managing/ coaching staff teams
