The Head of Income Generation will play a vital role in ensuring children and young people affected by violence and exploitation get the support and care they so desperately need in health settings.
We are looking for an ambitious and skilled senior fundraiser to lead in sustaining and developing Rethread’s income from statutory funders, trusts & foundations, and corporate and individual donors while setting a bold but realistic strategy for growing our fundraising income.
The Income Generation team comprises skilled fundraisers specialising in statutory funding, business development, trusts & foundations fundraising, corporate and individual fundraising. The majority of the team currently focuses on high-value fundraising through statutory funding and trusts & foundations, while the corporates, business development and individual fundraising elements are still in their early stages of development, but all areas we want to look to grow. This exciting role will enable you to bring your knowledge and expertise to lead and develop the Team and our activities. Your primary focus will be to maximise Redthread’s funding for its strategic priorities - through developing new funding opportunities and revenue, sustaining existing income, building partnerships, and ensuring we have a long-term, strategic approach to developing our fundraising activities.
