Job Description: Harvey Nash are looking to hire an Interim Head of Infrastructure and Servicefor a well-known organisation based in Manchester City Centre. The role is to ensure the smooth running of the IT’s system and Services, as well as helping develop and implementing the future roadmap of the IT team.
We are looking for a well experienced Interim Head of Infrastructure and Service who has lead a transformation in the past and helped elevate service brand within a company. Stakeholder management is key to this role and there will be an element of mentoring other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Infrastructure and Service team, ensuring the smooth running of the company’s IT systems and Services.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmap that align with the company’s goals and objectives while developing a culture on continual improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Interim Head of Infrastructure and Service or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Service management.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
