Head of Infrastructure

At Weber, we are looking for a Head of Infrastructure to join us and deliver a profitable growth through management and direction of the infrastructure division.

You will help to deliver profitable sales growth by developing and coaching the team and building productive internal and external relationships to deliver the agreed plan.

You'll be a practiced senior salesperson who is highly customer focused, able to anticipate and adapt to customer needs and expectations and develop and maintain customer relationships

We are looking for someone with strong leadership, direction and coaching skills and be able to work closely with your team in driving performance and operational standards.

The role is home based, but national travel would be required.

What we're looking for:

* Strong leadership skills, as you will be a leader of our infrastructure division managing a team of 3 (and growing) you will be coaching, developing and motivating the team
* An ability to think both strategically and technically to develop opportunities
* Previous experience in a commercial role, with proven track record of hitting and meeting key milestones
* You will be proactive, and act on your own initiative
* Previous experience in interaction and specification with designers

What you will be doing:

* You will be managing a team of 3 (and growing) driving performance, coaching and developing staff members - implementing the vision and goals into action
* You'll be managing your own key account base - our customers are across the board and must be comfortable in a variety of customer bases
* Meeting with customers on a daily basis
* Involved in R&D and new product development working with our wider team of Product Managers
* You will be driving interaction and specification with designers
