Robert Half are working with a leading MSP in London on the recruitment of a Head of Intellectual Property

This role would be a great fit for someone coming from an Software House/MSP/IT Consultant/IT Outsourcer background.

Role overview

• Intellectual Property Strategy - Working with the C suite to Develop, then take ownership of delivery of an overarching Intellectual Property Strategy
• IP Portfolio Management - Oversee the creation, maintenance, and enforcement of the company's IP portfolio
• IP Development Team Management - Manage the IP Development team to deliver against business and set objectives in the development of software and products
• Innovation Management: Collaborate with the C suite, Product Teams and business representatives to identify and capture valuable Intellectual Property arising from customer engagements, research and development activities.

Required background

• Strategy alignment around AI, Cloud, Modern Workplace, IoT and Technology Services
• Have significant consulting and commercial opportunity delivery exposure and be comfortable with discussion business outcomes up to C-Level customer, partner and internal stakeholders
• Have experience of delivering IP Development of customer facing software solutions.
• Strong leadership, team management and staff development experience.
