Excellent opportunity for a Head of Investments with a background in managing financial transactions that is looking for the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company within the Renewable Energy industry where you can make a real change and drive your career development.
This company identify, develop and deliver utility scale solar and energy storage systems across the UK and the world, their portfolio includes some of the largest solar farms in the UK. Following an incredibly successful past few years and the increased demand for Renewable Energy they are currently in an exciting growth period and as such they are now looking for a new Head of Investments to support this growth.
In this role you will oversee the current and future pipeline from an investment perspective to optimise partnership opportunities and project financing, overseeing the transaction function of the business. You will play a central role in the preparation and execution of transactions, conducting thorough due diligence and mitigating all transaction risks.
The ideal candidate will come from an engineering or financial background and have a BSc as a minimum. You will need to have a demonstrable background in managing complex financial transactions with a focus on investments and strong financial modelling skills.
The Role:
*Senior Transaction Associate- working on renewable investments
*Financial modelling and analysis
*Transaction risk mitigation
*Dublin office, 3 days per week
The Person:
*BSc in Engineering of financial or higher
*Experience in executions of complex transactions
*Mitigating all transaction risks
*Renewable project development exposure is required
