Head Of It Operations

An exciting new role has arisen for a Head of IT Operations to join the team of an established entertainment company! The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience within a similar/same role and must enjoy working as part of a busy and dynamic team, providing an excellent service and managing a team. This role will be 4 days a week in the office, with 1day WFH (flexible too). The role is 9am-5.30pm and is based in Woking – you will be required to travel around different sites on occasion.
Usual tasks will involve:

• Manage the IT operations team, both internal and external
• Build up IT project and work closely with the CIO on these
• Ensure IT systems are running smoothly across the business and nurture great relationships across the business
• Ensure IT policies and procedures are up to date
• Oversee budgets and assess system performance
• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders

You will need to possess:

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role at the same level
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
• Great management skills
• Flexible approach
• An easy-going and hard-working personality
• Pro-active and self-starter attitude
• A love of the entertainment world is a bonus, but not a requirement

Salary and Benefits:
Up to £80 per annum, depending on experience and with a little wiggle room for the right candidate!
