They have a new role as Head of Learning and Development to help their staff of all levels be excellent at what they do starting with apprenticeships , right up the ladder and getting the best out of their people managing change and aiming to be the best they can
Summary
- Working with the Director of People and the business partnering team responsible for creating a development and engagement strategy for people and teams across England .
- Development of development Programme focusing on behavioural change
- Supporting the delivery of change initiatives within the team ensuring change is delivered effectively to create lasting impact.
- Overall responsibility for ensuring that training competence is effectively managed.
- Responsible for the leadership and development of a small team
Experience:
- This role is a strategic role, so previous experience of setting out a path to excellence within the workforce
- Experience of change management
- Highly organized and innovative.
- Ability to challenge the norm to get the best out of people
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
