The Role:


We are seeking an experienced Sales and client relationship leader to manage a sales team. You will be entirely customer-centric in approach, with a deep understanding of Luxury customer service and an ability to cater to the high-level needs of clients. You will guide strategy and provide mentorship to build strong client relationships, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Team Management - Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching and development opportunities and ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with HENI clients, understanding their preferences and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's vision and market trends in luxury art services.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Regularly review team performance, set achievable targets, and provide constructive feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Data Analysis: Maintaining and using a database to inform and optimise our client relationship strategy.
  6. Event Management: Oversee and participate in events and exhibitions, representing the brand and services to upscale clients and industry professionals.



Ideal Candidate Profile:


  1. Experience: Proven background in managing a sales team, preferably in the arts or luxury goods sector.
  2. Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at relationship building and client management.
  3. Customer-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of VIP customer service, with an ability to cater to a variety of needs of HENI clients.
  4. Team Development: Experience in training and nurturing sales teams, with a focus on high performance and client satisfaction.
  5. Education: A degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
  6. Personal Attributes: a passion for the arts, luxury goods coupled with a drive to succeed and grow within a vibrant and cutting-edge data lead art services environment.
