Are you looking to join the management team at a state-of-the-art Renewables company going through an exciting growth period?
This well-established Renewable Energy company specialises in extracting valuable biochemicals from waste materials using sustainable processes. They have just opened a new plant with the plan to invest and open more sites to push themselves to the forefront of the industry.
In this role, you will take on full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the manufacturing process to ensure production is running smoothly. As well as overseeing a team of industry specialists to support development.
The ideal candidate will come from a background combined of both Manufacturing and Chemical processes.
This is a great opportunity for someone coming from a Chemical/Manufacturing background, looking for a role that gives you full responsibility of the Manufacturing process at a leading Chemical Manufacturer and is looking to leave their mark in the industry.
The Role:

• Develop long-term plans to deliver manufacturing excellence across the plant
• Organise, Monitor, and Develop the operations and maintenance of production
• Report to the COO on the manufacturing performance
• Lead the Manufacturing team to optimise participation and develop a strong culture

The Person

• Science/Engineering degree
• Experience from a Chemical background
• Relevant Manufacturing experience
• Experience in a leadership role
