Availability - Anywhere between immediately available and a 6 months notice period.

Overview:
This position plays a pivotal role in leading this critical function at the forefront of driving patient access for genomics through partnerships with European Payers. It requires strong leadership skills, with both strategic vision and tactical capabilities to develop regional strategies and translate them into tactics to drive execution. Additionally, to be a strong collaborator leading internal interactions with multiple functions (e.g., Marketing, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, Commercial, Global Market Access Teams and members of the Regional Senior Leadership team) to drive the execution of the Plan of Action for Market Access in Europe. External relationships will include Payers, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) bodies and other stakeholders involved in reimbursement decisions such as Key Opinion Leaders, patient advocates, Trade Associations, and professional organizations.
Expectations:
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated extensive experience in dealing with payer and HTA submissions, reimbursement, and pricing in relevant local markets with success getting products reimbursed. You will have a deep understanding of payer decision making processes and evidence required to obtain reimbursement for healthcare products in Europe. You will have an extensive understanding and experience in diagnostics / Health Technology product commercialization across therapeutic areas or multiple indications is desirable.
