Role Overview
We are in search of a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing who will be responsible for leading a large, talented team Of Marketing professionals. The ideal candidate will possess senior-level full mix marketing skills, demonstrating expertise across various marketing channels, strategies, and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Manage marketing budgets, optimise ROI, and track key performance metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and who has continued professional development on show.
- Significant and demonstrable progressive experience in marketing management (Tactical as well as Strategic - this role is hands on!), with a proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in full mix marketing, including digital marketing, brand management, PR, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a large team.
- Highly intelligent and analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.
