Manage marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.
Develop strategies to get the word out about Proposition to relevant audiences
Drive marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Experiment with and evaluate a variety of channels like in-house content creation, content curation (eg artist take-overs), event management, publicity, social media campaigns, partnership and community-based initiatives,etc.
Develop marketing materials for external clients and audiences
Manage and strive to continuously improve the website and other key channels
Produce valuable and engaging content for our channels that attracts our target groups
Build strategic relationships and partner with organisations and individuals who can help further our goals
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
Draft press releases and other key pieces of communication
Any other duties as required
