Reed Marketing & Creative are partnered with a hugely successful B2B business based in Stevenage, who are looking for a Head of Marketing to join their amazing senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for optimizing the marketing department to deliver outstanding results
• Design and execute a marketing strategy worldwide
• Develop an account-based marketing program working closely with Sales to identify the target accounts, build customized campaigns to improve conversion rates, and move those accounts forward
• Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis
• Setting up a marketing budget whilst monitoring various marketing campaigns and adjusting them to generate a high return on investment
• Be responsible for maintenance and update of all digital marketing channels (web site, mailing platform, LinkedIn, newswire service, etc)
• Set up and execute a performance marketing strategy that drives growth through lead generation, conversion, and brand awareness

The successful candidate will have previous experience and proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies. In-depth knowledge of social media, email marketing, writing content/copywriting, events/trade shows and other marketing/digital channels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights. Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to measure and optimise campaign performance.

The ideal candidate MUST HAVE either satellite communications or tele communications (B2B) industry expereince. If you do not have this industry experience please do not apply the client will not review anyone without sat comms or tele comms knowledge.

In return you will receive a salary paying Circa £120K depending on experience + excellent benefits + working from home (hybrid working) + FREE parking when in the office.
