Senior Marketing Manager for 15 mth FTC, with strong team management and data driven marketing campaign experience
THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional membership body representing 12,000 investment professionals in the UK.
THE ROLE
The Senior Marketing Manager role will involve working with the Director of Customer Experience to plan, develop and deliver a robust marketing strategy to drive engagement, acquisition and retention of members including customer journey mapping and all comms touchpoints through mainly digital and CRM channels.
There are two direct reports to manage who this role oversees in terms of day to day delivery.
Ideally they are looking for candidates with experience in Microsoft Dynamics but this is not essential.
YOU
To apply for the Senior Marketing Manager role you will need to show that you have excellent strategic level experience planning and delivering acquisition and retention campaigns via multiple digital channels.
In particular you will need to demonstrate very clearly:
Experience and tangible examples of Marketing campaigns and how they have been improved.
Experience of how data analysis has informed marketing campaigns and/or improved customer experience.
Experience in managing a team.
