Position:Head of Marketing and Operations
Location: London – Hybrid
Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: up to £60K per annum
Responsibilities:
As the Head of Marketing and Operations, you will:
- Lead and Innovate: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Optimise Operations: Streamline and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and seamless execution.
- Strategic Growth: Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities through market analysis, competitive research, and data-driven insights.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Marketing and Operations professionals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align Marketing and operational goals with overall business objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Set, track, and analyse key performance indicators to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience: Proven track record in a senior Marketing and Operations role, preferably within a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing big-picture vision with attention to detail.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimise performance.
- Innovative: Creative thinker who can develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns and operational processes.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
