Head Of Marketing Paid Media

I am assisting one of the fastest growing UK ecommerce brands in their search for Head of Marketing who will manage their media buying! This is an incredibly exciting time to join this rapidly expanding organisation at their swanky new offices near Maidstone. As Head of Marketing, Reporting to the Owner, you will;

• Manage all ads and digital marketing campaigns across platforms (META & TikTok)
• Improve Paid Media campaign efficiency and increase conversions as well as scale ad accounts to maximise campaign potential
• Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives
• Work with agencies to manage print and third party TV advertising
• Regular and ad hoc reporting from ad platforms
• Manage daily spend in line with targets and monthly budgets
• Develop and oversee social media strategy
• Manage a team of Paid Social Executives

To be successful in this Head of Marketing role, you will have;

• Experience in digital advertising (particularly META ads) - essential
• Have experience in traditional marketing methods such as print and TV
• Have a passion for analytics
