This is a part time role and the salary on offer is depending on experience..The Head of Music at Dean Close Airthrie is a key role responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the school's music curriculum and extracurricular music programs. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for music education and the ability to inspire pupils and staff alike.The role and responsibilities of this position are to include: Design and implement a comprehensive music curriculum that aligns with the school's educational ethos. Develop engaging lesson plans and teaching materials to foster pupils learning and creativity. Regularly review and update the curriculum to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Teach music classes to pupils across different year groups, focusing on fundamental music concepts, theory, and practical skills.
