Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a social housing company in Hertfordshire area who are looking for a Head of Operations to join their team on a permanent basis.

They are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to manage a large team across the companies property maintenance, monitoring and reviewing the regional strategy whilst delivering high levels of customer service.

Duties:

• Working with clients to agree customer service standards, putting plans in place to deliver these whilst developing and implementing remedial action plans if standards are not met.
• Identifying opportunities to grow services to existing clients. Create and present business cases for new work.
• Identify new work leads, presenting findings to directors.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace, competitors and trends.
• Provides operational updates to the board for the areas of responsibility and contributes to wider proposals and decision making, outside of direct areas of responsibility.
• Develops clear direction and ensure all teams within the company understand the goals of the business and their contribution to business success.
• Takes ownership for team development and progression within the company.

Key Knowledge:

• 5 years experience in a senior management role within social housing.
• Experience working on reactive maintenance, planned projects, voids etc.
• IT Literate
