Head of Organisation Design and Effectiveness

We are currently working in partnership with a further educational institution based in the East Midlands, who are looking to appoint a Head of Organisation Design & Effectiveness on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time paying between £57,500 to £71,500 per annum (for exceptional performers, there is scope for further progression up to £82,500 per annum). The ideal candidate will have extensive stakeholder management and Organisation Design expertise.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing exceptional and continually improving client support to key stakeholders, engaging them participatively in change ensuring they are well informed that their expertise is harnessed in delivering enterprise-wide initiatives for collective gain

• Acting as the lead and expert on Organisation Design, operating model shifts, culture shifts, employee experience Design and performance management

• Designing and implement integrated and systemic solutions that yield measurable and sustainable change

• Developing principles, models, methodologies and processes and practices for job creation, organisational structure design, culture evolution, organisational change and performance management to deliver on purpose and strategy

• Providing thought leadership on organisational Design and organisational effectiveness

• Effecting transformation and continuous improvement through reviewing organisational wants and needs by anticipating and responding to changes in strategy, goals or organisational purpose

• Evaluating and regenerating structures, operating models, processes, culture, the employee experience, organisational capability and behaviours to drive organisational change and delivery of strategic outcomes

Expertise required:

• Experience of extensive stakeholder management

• Experience of Organisational transformation

• Being required to influence and facilitate the re-design of structures, processes and systems

• Acting as the expert in Organisation Design (designing organisational strategy, vision, structures, processes, systems, culture, work and workflow and capability constructs)

• Experience working in higher education or the public sector and have stakeholder management experience
