Please see the attached job description. Duties include: To develop and present an annual business case to NHS/ICB Boards as part of an uplift negotiation process. To ensure appropriate work is conducted into the effectiveness of funding plans to ensure that the benefit of the clinical teams work is maximised. Maintain communication channels with the ICBs following the proposed removal of NHS Childrens Grant to ensure our voice is heard. Ensures internal financial information on contracts and Service Level Agreement values is processed in accordance with procedures. Handle complex enquiries, provide assistance and advice, through liaison with the Director of Care as required in relation to local Palliative and End of Life service specification. Liaise with the Director of Finance to prepare and complete reports for funding partners, ensuring that work is completed in line with financial timescales and legal requirements.
