Head Of Partnership Development

Knowledge Change Action (KCA) is looking for an inspirational Partnership Development Manager who can confidently develop partnerships with our commissioners and funders. You will be used to working towards income targets and experienced in lead generation. 

We are looking for a Partnership Development Manager who: 

- has exceptional skills in building relationships and nurturing partnerships with existing and prospective customers.

- is experienced in creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.

- proactive in stimulating lead generation.

- is skilled at mobilising projects as they move into implementation and delivery.

- passionate about creating a more caring and compassionate society through inspiring people about KCA’s knowledge base of attachment, trauma and resilience.

What's on offer?

A full-time post of 32 hours a week over 4 days (KCA is committed to a 4-day working week for all of its employees, Monday- Thursday)

£37,688 per annum

The opportunity to work within an Employee Ownership Trust and potential for profit share

You will spend a minimum of two days a week at our office base in the beautiful town of Dursley in Gloucestershire. Some working from home is available.
