Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Partnerships to join The Caroola Group! This is a permanent role, based at our Warrington HQ, 3 days per week.

As the Head of Partnerships, you will take ownership of managing, coaching, and developing Partnerships team in order to achieve sales targets as set by the Group Sales Director. You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key partners to drive business growth and revenue across the Caroola Group range of products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • To identify and build relationships with our existing key partners to drive business growth and revenue across Parasol’s and Caroola Accountancy’s range of products and services
  • To establish new Partners that either create new revenue channels and/or add value to either our umbrella employees, accountancy clients or agency partners.
  • Manage and motivate a team of internal sales executives to achieve sales targets and performance objectives
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Identify and prioritise potential partners, including strategic partners, resellers, and technology providers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including negotiating terms and ensuring successful execution of partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnerships into the overall marketing and sales strategy.
  • Develop and manage partnerships budget, including forecasting and tracking key metrics.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities, analyse market trends, and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including ethical sales practices and customer privacy regulations.
  • Take ownership for the maintenance of any account data in Salesforce.
  • Stay abreastof relevant regulations and legislations in order to add value to our agencies.
  • You will use and promote your industry knowledge and understanding of the legislative and tax framework affecting UK contractors, recruitment businesses and end hirers whilst always promoting compliance and industry standards throughout the supply chain.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent understanding of all relevant products and services within the Parasol and Caroola Portfolio
  • Ability to train and coach a team to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate with other sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment of sales messaging and strategy
  • Ability to report sales performance reports and insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure target driven environment.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant legislation and regulation.
