• Basic salary up to £65,000
• Realistic OTE of £95,000

We have partnered exclusively with a leading data and market intelligence business within the financial services industry who are looking to hire a Head of Partnerships. You will implement the commercial strategy to achieve profitable growth across existing key clients and establish new mutually beneficial client relationships, while effectively managing the Partnerships team.
What you'll be doing
• Developing and delivering the client expansion strategy for target accounts.
• Maintaining an effective and impactful network of relationships.
• Driving improved profitability via a clear focus on winning together with client objectives.
• Taking responsibility for sales management reporting and account planning via HubSpot.
• Managing a small Partnerships team to ensure continued success.
• Acting as a coach in the team's pipeline management and account plans.
• Setting and supervising goals and objectives for team members.
• Supporting the successful design and launching of new products through target setting.
• Creating effective financial forecasts for team to have opportunity over-deliver on set targets.
• Driving client satisfaction in partnership with the Client Services team.
What you'll need to apply
• Proven success within a Senior, Head of or Management Partnerships role.
• Experience within the Financial Services or Insurance industry is essential.
• UK based with ease of access to Bristol for occasional internal meetings.
