Our client, a well established North West based contractor require an experienced Head of Passive Fire to lead and manage their Passive Fire Division.
The role
Work closely with clients to develop long-term, valued relationships and ensure the services either meet or exceed expectationsComply with Health, Safety and the Environmental requirements in compliance with current legislationManage and Oversee FIRAS Certification ensuring full complianceGrowth of division by enhancement of our performance and service offering with existing clients and introduction of new clientsManage projects from inception to completion including but not limited to - Pricing, Surveys, Design Co-ordination, Programming & Methodology, Auditing including quality assurance and Certification, ensuring all deadlines are achievedWork with the management team and client to implement new innovation/ideas, and refine processesDevelop and manage internal PFP team and supply chain to maintain effective working relationships including Recruitment & onboarding, 121's, Performance Development Reviews and CoachingThe person
You will:
Be a self-driven and keen to progress within a thriving businessHave a proven track record in the Passive Fire industry from a contractor backgroundHold an ASFP and FIRAS Qualifications (Desirable)Be commercially-awareBe client facing and a strong communicatorHave experience in work winning with client contactsHave experience in managing and coaching operational teams including installation operativesHave a good understanding of Design and ProductsHave excellent IT skillsThe benefits
