Head of Passive Fire

Our client is looking for a Head of Passive Fire, they opperate as a one stop shop for all things fire life and saftey across the UK and Ireland. We are looking for someone who has experience in the below.

• Develop and implement strategies for the growth and development of the Passive Fire division
• Manage a P&L of circa £3m
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes of practice
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team
• Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Manage and mentor a team of Passive Fire engineers
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration and efficiency
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices
• Degree or equivalent qualification in fire safety, engineering, or a related field
• Certifications in Passive Fire protection would be advantageous
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Full UK driving license
