Head of People Programmes (part-time, let's discuss hours)

Working as part of People team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our people initiatives that align with IGD’s strategic goals. This leadership position requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of People practices, strong project management skills, and the ability to positively create and embed change through effective programme implementation.

The projects will be varied such as recognition and reward, change management and inclusion.

Head of People Operations (part-time, let's discuss hours)

Working as part of the People team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of an exceptional people service, placing our behaviours at the heart of everything you do. We’re entering an exciting phase in IGD’s continued transformation, and you will play a crucial role in implementing and embedding our people strategy. This role is critical in ensuring we continue to create an engaging, motivating and rewarding environments for all colleagues. This role has one direct report, the People Administration Specialist.
