Head of People Advisory and Operations

We are currently recruiting for a Head of People Advisory & Operations to join the firm on a permanent basis.

A key part of the People leadership team, this role will lead the Advisory & Operations function, reporting directly to the CPO.

As an experienced HR professional, you will have previously operated at a senior level, ideally within a professional services environment. You will be passionate about people and culture, an inspirational leader and commercially astute in your approach.

The Advisory & Operations team has a wide-ranging remit including business partnering, reward, data analytics and projects. Across all of these areas you will seek to deliver exceptional client service and ensure business requirements are at the forefront of all that the team do. Curious and committed to continuous improvement you be proactive in implementing innovative and future focussed solutions.

This is a high performing People team full of enthusiasm and commitment. You will act as an ambassador for the whole department, holding influence in leadership spaces and developing excellent stakeholder relationships.
