Post title: Head of People and Partnerships

Location: Waterton Academy Trust. Centre for Excellence, Walton Primary Academy, The Grove, Walton, WF2 6LD

Salary & Grade: Leadership 11 – 15, £60,488 - £66,628

Hours: Full Time, Permanent 

We are a dynamic and expanding primary trust, an ITT provision partner and an accredited apprenticeship training provider. This is a new role within the organisation, and one that is pivotal in shaping the future of our workforce and fostering key relationships that underpin our success. As we grow and evolve, the Head of People and Partnerships will play a central role in ensuring that we continue to attract, develop, and retain top talent while also building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with our various stakeholders. 

The post-holder will work closely with the Head of HR, as well as the Executive Leadership Team in forging and managing partnerships, enhancing our resources, expertise, and reach. Collaborations would range from shared professional development programs to joint educational initiatives, benefiting our pupils and staff alike.
