Role: Head of People, Culture and Engagement 
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + bonus
Location: Central London
Office Based: Full-time, with occasional site travel across UK.
  
Reports to: Managing Director
Direct Reports: 3-4 (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Internal Community)
Employee Population: 150
  
JGA are excited to be partnering exclusively with an exciting premium retail business who are seeking a culture driven Head of People and Culture. This role with focus on employee experience, engagement, retention, and attraction, driving culture, and ways of working, rather than traditional operational HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and execute People strategies to align with company goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to create departmental and individual goals.
• Foster a culture reflecting our values and high employee satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Resolve employee concerns and conflicts fairly.
• Design and implement training and development programs.
