The Client

Our clients digital footprint encompasses their core ticketing brands as well as 65 venues sites across the UK, US and Germany. Their theatres host the biggest and best brands and names in Live Entertainment from hit shows such as Disney the Lion King, Harry Potter and The Cursed Child, Wicked and Moulin Rouge to music artists including Dave Grohl, Ed Sheeran and Bob Dylan.


The Role

The team are looking for a Head of Performance and E-Commerce to grow online tickets sales and market share via their ticketing brands whilst supporting their Producer and Promoter partners in delivering their digital marketing strategies, directly and alongside their Venue Marketing teams.


You’ll report to the Group Commercial Director and be responsible for the Ecommerce Trading Manager, SEO Manager, Digital Analyst, Performance Marketing Executive, & Affiliate and Partnerships Manager and have dotted line responsibility for similar teams in US & Germany.


Key responsibilities

• SEM and SEO Strategies for our ticketing and venue sites.

• Site Content.

• Digital Analytics and Reporting for the venue's sites.

• Planning and Implementation of tracking via GTM.

• Working with venue marketing teams to propose and to create &/or deliver digital marketing campaigns for producer and promoter partners.

• Rollout best practice to colleagues in US and Germany.

• Work closely with social media and CRM teams to ensure alignment across all performance marketing channels.

• Manage and select external agencies as required.

• Working with the product team to optimise user experience.


Your skills, qualities, and experience

• Proven experience leading a digital team across SEM, Content and tracking implementation.

• Strong business judgement and decision-making skills with the ability to clearly communicate high value items and priorities to multiple business stakeholders.

• Successful track record of managing large scale Ecommerce websites and driving conversion improvements through website content and optimisation.

• Extensive experience in on- and off-site SEO optimisation for large scale websites.

• Ability to work in a fast paced and commercial environment, being flexible in approach to meet business requirements.

• Strong knowledge of MarTech and AdTech solutions as well as digital data analytics and programmatic platforms.

• Confident with presenting and working in an international environment with various stakeholders.
