The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the procurement of all goods and services within our client's organisation. Due to their rapid growth … this will continue to expand with the success of the business.
What will you be doing ?
- Owning all purchasing activities from goods and services to materials.
- Developing and defining purchasing polices to ensure good business practice and compliance throughout.
- Collaborating with the Finance department to help manage the company's risk.
- Building strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
- Becoming an expert in the market so you can confidently converse with suppliers and internal departments.
- Utilising the ERP system and tailoring it to the needs of the business.
- Managing and developing a small team.
The successful candidate…
- You'll have the ability to address issues as they arise, make informed decisions, and drive them to resolution.
- You will have managed a mix of direct / indirect spends and appreciate a hands-on role.
- You'll have a flair for conversing with suppliers, engineering and operations teams.
- Your experience will cover Automotive or Manufacturing industries.
- It's critical you are confident with utilising ERP systems.
Based in Warwickshire.
True flexible working with two days per week onsite.
Offering up to £75,000 per year, company bonus and private health care.
