My client is a motivated and well-established software company that provides an effective service to its specialist market sector throughout the UK and into Europe. Their mission is to be both the Technology Partner and Employer of Choice within their specialist area across the UK and Europe.
They are now looking for a Head of Product to manage and push forward two Product teams, championing their product suite, guiding innovation and strategy to meet customer needs and ensure success. The Head of Product will influence and align product offerings to create a holistic customer-centric solution, driving value and evolution within the Product Portfolio.

Head of Product key responsibilities:

- Strategically manage two product team to drive value and support industry transformation.

- Own the vision, commercial dynamics, and market launch of new products.

- Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver PAS solutions and drive product performance.

- Manage team direction and ensure high-quality delivery.

Head of Product Skills:

- Commercially confident, with a creative analytical mindset.

- Proficient in Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and SDLC models.

- Passion for metrics, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

- Able to work effectively in a global, remote team environment.
