I am seeking a Head of Product to join a rapidly growing ecommerce brand. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, perfect for someone passionate about building products that customers love.
As the Head of Product you will lead the Product Management team and function from design and build through to launch.
Day to Day of the Head of Product role:
- Oversee the sourcing and development of all new products.
- Ensure all products comply with legal standards.
- Manage product claims substantiation.
- Lead a small, dynamic team of Product managers & advertising compliance manager
- Deliver the product roadmap on time to senior leadership team
- Review existing products to maintain standards and implement improvements.
- Own the full product launch process, coordinating with key teams to meet launch deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Head of Product:
- Significant experience in product development and management, including team management.
- Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and executing product strategy & launches.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work well to tight deadlines
