Head Of Product

Head of Product - City Tours and Attractions - London / Remote - £Excellent. A fantastic opportunity to join this entrepreneurial and global tour provider where you will be responsible for leading a geographically dispersed team, optimising their existing tours whilst developing new products.
Head of Product Responsibilities

• Leading, developing and coaching a team of around 5 product / destination managers based in remote locations.
• Ensure the team are delivering consistency with the quality of Products and supplier management.
• Utilise metrics to track, monitor and driver growth, revenue and quality goals.
• As part of the leadership team, you will collaborate with other internal stakeholders and report on the destination / product performance.
• Attend key meetings with suppliers, venues and attractions as well as industry events and conferences.
• Continually drive process improvement

Head of Product skills required

• A wealth of experience leading and developing teams of Product / destination / market managers
• You will ideally have experience and understand the challenges of day tours but other tour operating and travel industry backgrounds will also be considered.
• Strong European and North American
• An analytical and strategic mindset
• Able to fit in with a fast moving and agile business culture
• Experience negotiating with and managing travel and tourism suppliers
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills

Head of Product Additional Details

• A highly competitive salary dependant on experience, to be discussed on application

• Ideally based close to London, with remote working and some travelled required (domestic and international) to fulfil responsibilities of the role
