Benchmark are delighted to represent our client as they recruit for an experienced Head of Product. This business is paving the way for young tech lovers and doing fantastic work for the Sheffield community and across the UK. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven background as a Technical Product Manager with strong leadership skills. As Head of Product you’ll manage a team of tech experts and lead the digital transformation of the business.

Main duties:

• Outline the digital strategy for new and existing products
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders at all levels
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop and ship new features
• Create wireframes, user stories, and product roadmaps
• Analyse data to drive product decisions and improvements
• Ensure products are delivered on time within budget
• Lead and mentor the software development team

Your experience:

• A proven background within software and service design and development
• Previous experience managing tech teams
• A strong interest and understanding of business analysis and working with data 
• Previous experience working with PAAS
• Experience working with Salesforce
• Good understanding of cyber security
