Head of Production - Premier Game Development Studio
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Flexible (UK-based), with occasional visits to Liverpool Office
Work Hours: 35-hour week, Flexi-time (core hours: 10am-4pm)

About the Role:
  • Strategic Leadership: Direct the production department, ensuring efficient operations and top-tier project management.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for managing significant budgets, with a requirement to have handled budgets of £6 million or more.
  • Collaboration and Analysis: Work closely with industry leaders, assimilating feedback for milestone achievements and process optimization.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor progress, coordinate teams, address risks, and ensure project delivery within timelines.
  • Process Enhancement: Continually seek ways to improve production processes, backed by regular reporting on project metrics.
  • Risk Assessment: Evaluate and communicate company-wide risks, ensuring clear dialogue across all organizational levels.
  • Project Planning: Define scopes for new projects, including roadmaps, timelines, and budget planning.

  • Detail-Oriented Planner: Skilled in creating detailed project roadmaps, managing budgets, and setting milestones.
  • Desirable: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in art outsourcing.
