Head of Project Managers

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Project Managers to join our client, a large global brand based in Chertsey.
A core part of the role will be achieving the project objectives by handling resources for planning project activities, analysis, defining as is and to be, gaining partner support, reporting on project progress, evaluating implementation and liaising with HQ.
Head of Project Managers Responsibilities
• Delivery of sophisticated reporting and insights using the latest methodologies and technologies
• in AI, ML, NLP & RPA for big data
• Delivering projects on time and to cost
• Partner management local and HQ
• Motivating project manager, business analysts, developers and data scientist
• Standard methodology development by leading innovation projects
• Go to person for business issues/questions
• Leading, motivating and supporting Project Management team of 2 Project Managers
• Direct and support SAS, QLIK & RPA development team of 9 developers to resolve any issues
• Engaging and matrix managing between 5 to 1,000 partners (HQ, Local & Agency) to ensure
effective and efficient implementation of the project(s) and building internal relationships
• Build system and process to Integrate and validate Channel data system include Context data and other channel partner systems (EDI interface)
• Supporting any of internal system issues on GSCM/MCS/GSBN/Salesforce
• Provide process and system training for the 500~ 600 employees
Head of Project Managers Key competencies
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Project Management Qualification i.e PRINCE 2
• Excellent skills in Microsoft office packages and sophisticated Excel skills
• Strong numeracy skills
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to analyse data and articulate clearly the trends and implications of the data
• Great teammate
• Fluent in Korean
