HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Salisbury, SP1

Salary: £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An experienced, organised and highly competent Head of Property Management is needed to work with a smart Estate Agency in the Salisbury area.

You will be overseeing the Property Management department, which is based in Salisbury and covers the surrounding area.

Your role will be to ensure that outstanding levels of customer service are being delivered to Landlords and Tenants alike.

The role will also involve all aspects of compliance, training, development, management, complaint handling and recruitment within the department.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience is residential Property Management and have had people management or supervisory responsibilities as a minimum.

Candidate who lives in the local area, are who are both experienced and qualified (ARLA) will be given preferential consideration.

Skills: The skills required for thisHead of Property Management(Estate Agency) role will include:

• Significant previous experience in Property Management
• Comprehensive supervisory level experience
• Thorough understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
• ARLA or related qualification preferred
• Be able to direct, inspire and guide a team
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships
• Excellent telephone manner
• Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
• Be able to work under pressure
