We are Adra. We provide quality homes in North Wales. We’re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across North Wales. Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to be the driving force in this transformative journey as the Head of Property Services. As the Head of Property Services, you will be a confident leader unafraid of challenging discussions. Your ability to adapt your leadership style and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders will be instrumental in driving success.
We are looking for an individual who embodies our values, promotes a culture of trust and positive behaviours, and leads by example. You will be responsible for the development, delivery and review of all aspects of the Adra’s Repairs & Maintenance Service. Additionally, leading on strategic and financial planning, development, commissioning and delivery of services within the Housing Repairs & Maintenance Service.
