Head of Department (QA and Test)

We are working with a leading Irish organisation to source a Head of Dept. (QA and Test) to start in a one year daily rate contract (likely to be extended) with an immediate start.

This role is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Senior QA manager or someone with previous Head of QA experience, to step into an exciting and challenging role.

A requirement to be on site one day per week is necessary due to the nature of the role.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading QA teams and managers - Min 5 years
• Experience in automation, UAT, and mobile testing
• Experience in leading transformational initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment
• Passion for striving towards continuous improvement
