About the role
Are you passionate about driving quality and innovation in education? In this pivotal role, you will develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance processes, using data to measure performance, and spearhead Digital Innovation. Your leadership will support the strategic objectives of SCC Group, enhancing teaching and learning experiences and ensuring continuous improvement across the college.
You will support the strategic objectives by developing and coordinating a quality framework aligned with sector requirements and best practice, monitoring and evaluating standards and performance, recommending actions for intervention and improvement.
You will have extensive experience of the use of learner management systems to support the monitoring of student progress and you will lead on the implementation and monitoring of the college mark book to measure student performance that will support stakeholders with data reporting, and the co-ordination of the sharing of quantitative data that will support self-assessment to meet Ofsted and other external requirements. You will also support the ongoing development and Quality Assurance of the SCC Group Digital Strategy.
