Proven ability to organise workload, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proven ability to develop productive collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders A can do proactive approach with an ability to problem solve, generate new ideas/ solutions quickly and manage risks effectively Excellent understanding of legislation in respect of health and social care including Duty of Candour (DoC), and Depravation of Liberty (DoLS) and CQC policies, processes and practices Experience of preparing services for CQC inspections and a track record of delivering good/ outstanding ratings Experience of working with vulnerable adults with complex behaviours and support requirements
