Michelle Waterworth Recruitment is looking to hire a talented individual to lead a new Sport Recruitment Business .This role comes at an exciting time as the business expands its recruitment services globally dedicated to recruiting in women’s sport .This is an unparalleled opportunity for an experienced motivated recruiter to play a key role in the growth and lead this new women’s sport division.

Responsibilities

As the recruitment lead you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the new sports division for an executive search business.

You will work alongside a highly successful team of recruiters to identify, develop, hire, and manage the women’s sport division for the company. Your role will be dedicated to hiring across the women’s sports market UK & globally.

• As the Head of Recruitment and executive search, you will initially be attracting talent, managing retained recruitment campaigns, and further developing your own network in the women’s sport recruitment market.
• You will lead and grow the women’s sports recruitment division, with a focus on senior permanent placements across the sector.
• You will have the budget to build a team and manage a team of recruiters /executive resources dedicated to women’s sport recruitment .
• You will be working in partnership with your clients to create a recruitment strategy that ensures you attract the best possible elite candidates worldwide
• You will foster and nurture client and candidate relationships within the sports recruitment sector, sourcing excellent senior talent is essential using all sourcing methods available to you to network and hire globally.
• Work closely with a hands-on CEO to achieve set targets contributing to the business growth of your division.
• Although remote based you will have regular daily calls ,weekly catch ups, monthly meet ups with the team and many social events.
• We will consider those fee earners who only wish to 100% fee earn and not manage a team but have executive search experience.
• This role is remote based in the UK with face to face meetings in the UK and some overseas travel.

Experience

• Previous experience in recruitment as a fee earner is essential  
• Experience in executive search or senior appointments
• Managing retained assignments and recruitment campaigns
• Previous recruitment experience in a targeted environment is essential
• An interest in and /or connections within the women’s sport sector is desirable
• Excellent stakeholder communication
• Remote or Hybrid working in the UK
• This role is UK based .Its is essential that you reside in the UK
