It's an exciting time to join West Kent. Having recently gone live with new Housing Management and Finance solutions (Cx Civica and Advanced Financials) our focus is on using these systems to drive service improvements for our residents.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Rents and Service Charges to join our Finance and Governance Team, to lead service improvement across our rent and Service Charge processes. If you are a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for service improvement, a focus on the customer's experience and an eye for detail, we would like to hear from you.
Reporting into the Executive Director of Finance, the Head of Rents and Service Charges will have responsibility for ensuring Rents and Service Charges are set and managed inline with legislative requirements through efficient processes and procedures. They will provide strong leadership, strategic direction, motivation and workforce development to staff members in the areas of Rents and Service Charges; and they will take ownership for the Rents and Service Charge budgets, developing SLAs with other departments as required.

Location
This role will be based in our Sevenoaks office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with most full-time employees working in the office two days a week.
