A superb opportunity to join and lead our executive team. A successful appointee will grow with the charity, with the potential for the role to develop into that of Chief Executive Officer over the next two years.
The post is a permanent one. The anticipated hours are 37.5 per week which can be flexed to meet both the charity’s and your needs.
The charity is overhauling several ongoing projects and some infrastructure. Thus candidates should be able to manage change and take people along with them in a collaborative, consultative way. The role would suit someone with broad experience of the UK charity sector and of change management. It will evolve as the organisation evolves, and will be wide ranging in nature. Our successful candidate will be a competent manager, a practical shaper, and prepared to work closely with staff, volunteers, fundraisers, members, trustees and other stakeholders.
